Schools
Control who collects each child, run SHS visiting days without the queue, record late and early slips, and clock staff in.
Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.
The school pack sets Agoo up for a school gate. Parents register the adults allowed to collect their child, the gate checks every collection, and parents are told who collected their child and when. Teachers and support staff clock in at the same tablet.
The examples use Ridge Academy, a fictional school.
What the school pack includes

Set up your school
Choose the School template
During onboarding, or in Console → Settings → Forms, start from the School template. It adds the authorised pick-up check, late and early slips, and visiting-day forms.
Import pupils and parents
Import your pupil list and each parent's phone number by CSV in Console → People. Parents then add their authorised pickers.
Set up the gate
Pair a tablet at the gate as a kiosk in Console → Devices, or give the gate staff a phone in guard mode.
Plan visiting days
For boarding schools, add each visiting day with its times and, if you need one, a cap on numbers. Parents get a link to pre-register.
Children's data
Children's details deserve extra care. Collect only what the gate needs, limit who can see pupil records, and keep photos of pickers only as long as they're authorised. Set retention in Console → Settings → Data & privacy.
Pricing for schools
Schools can pay termly: GH₵1,490 a term per campus, so billing follows the school calendar. See Plans and limits and Payments.
