Results and follow-up
Read feedback with honest numbers, get alerts for low scores, follow up and tell the visitor what you did.
This is designed and scheduled but not built yet. We document it now so you can plan your integration.
Console → Feedback shows what visitors told you, and Reports compares it across sites and periods. These are designed to work as described here when they ship.
Read the results
- Every number shows its n. "4.3 out of 5 from 312 answers", never a bare average. The share who answered is shown against how many were asked.
- The spread, not just the average. How many chose each face, and the tags people picked most.
- Invited and poster answers apart, because people who scan a poster are a different group from people asked after every visit.
- No arrows inside the margin of error. A change is marked only when it's larger than chance would explain.
- Comments with the site, visitor type and date, and the visitor's name only if they left it for a reply.
From Growth, AI themes group comments by what they're about and write a monthly summary, using AI credits.
Low scores
Choose what counts as low (for example, "Not well" or below) and who is told: the site's admins, and the host if your organisation allows it. They get an alert by their own notification choices.
Follow up
Open the low score from the alert or Feedback → Follow-up. If the visitor ticked "please contact me", their contact is shown. Call or write to them.
Note what you did
Add a note and set the status: To call back, Called back, Resolved. From Starter you have statuses and notes; from Growth, routing per site and a view for hosts.
Tell them, if they asked
If the visitor asked for a reply, send it from the follow-up. It goes on the channel they answered on.
Exports and connections
Results export to CSV and Excel with the rest of Reports, and are in your organisation's full export. Webhooks for new feedback come from Growth and the full API from Pro.
Privacy
Answers are kept for your organisation's visitor-data period in Data and privacy and deleted with it. Visitors are told what's collected and why on the survey page, and the comment box reminds them not to share anyone else's details.
