Agoo Reviews is a public place for people to review their visit to an organisation that has chosen to list itself. These are designed to work as described here when it ships.

List your sites

In Console → Feedback → Public reviews, the Owner chooses to list the organisation and picks which sites appear as places, each with its name, address, map pin and hours from the site's settings. Listing means accepting the Agoo Reviews business terms: no gating, no fake or rewarded reviews, no pressure on reviewers. You can stop listing at any time: the page then stays read-only and unindexed for 12 months before it's removed.

Who can review

  • Verified visit. After a checked-out visit or a completed booking at a listed site, Agoo can invite the visitor to review, if you turn invitations on. They're for every visit at the sites you choose, never for people you pick. Reviews from these invitations carry the Verified visit label.
  • Verified contact. Anyone else can review from your page, a review poster or your website's badge, after confirming a code by phone or email. These reviews have no label.

Reviewers need no account. Staff can't review their own organisation. One review per person per place, which they can update.

What you can do

  • Reply, once per review, as your organisation. The reviewer is told, and can update their review.
  • Flag a review that breaks the published rules: not a real experience, a conflict of interest, personal data, hate, threats, advertising, the wrong business or illegal content. Agoo's team decides, with reasons for both sides and a right of appeal.
  • Share your page, print a review QR code, and add the rating badge or, from Starter, a widget of your latest reviews to your website.

What you can't do

You can't edit, hide, reorder or remove reviews, or pay to change them. You see that a review is a Verified visit, the site and the month, but not which visit, unless the reviewer chooses to let you contact them. This protects people who leave honest reviews.

Your score

The score shows the reviews it's made from, the share from verified visits, and how often and how quickly you reply. Private survey answers never count towards it.
