Branding

Put your logo, colours and welcome on the kiosk, passes, emails, booking pages and badges, and use your own domain.

Early access· P3–P4For admins

Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.

Your visitors should feel they've arrived at your organisation, not at a software company. Branding puts your logo, colours and words on every screen and message they see.

Set it up in Console → Settings → Branding. Changes appear on kiosks, passes, emails and booking pages within moments, with no app update.

Every tenant surface carries a small Powered by Agoo credit. Only white-label removes it: on Pro and Enterprise, from the kiosk.

Set your colours

Use an SVG or a PNG with a transparent background. Add a wide version for email headers, booking pages and the kiosk, and a square one for passes and small spaces. Agoo sizes them for you and shows a preview on light and dark screens.

Pick one brand colour

Enter a hex value, such as #0F6E6A. Agoo works out the rest of the palette: hover states, soft backgrounds and a version that reads well on dark screens.

Check the contrast

Agoo checks your colour against the WCAG AA contrast standard. If text on it would be hard to read, for example a bright red that is too light for white text and too dark for black, it says so and suggests a deeper shade. You can keep your colour as chosen, but we recommend the adjusted one: some visitors are reading a kiosk in bright sun or with poor eyesight. If you keep yours, Agoo uses the deeper shade wherever text sits on your colour, so nothing is ever hard to read.

Write your welcome

The kiosk's welcome line is the first thing visitors read. Keep it short. "Akwaaba to Grace Chapel International" or "Welcome to Volta Bank. Please check in here." both work. The welcome works on every plan; a background photo of your entrance is included from Growth.

Choose where replies go

Emails to your visitors come from "Your organisation via Agoo". Add a reply-to address, such as your front desk's, so visitors' replies reach a person. You can also add Agoo's heritage strip under your email header.

Your own domain

Every organisation's visitor pages, such as booking pages and pre-registration, live at {your-name}.agoo.ardent.africa. On paid plans you can use a domain of your own instead, such as visit.voltabank.example.

Add the domain

In Console → Settings → Branding → Domain, enter the domain you want to use. A subdomain such as visit. or book. is easiest.

Add the DNS record

Agoo shows you a DNS record to add with whoever manages your domain. Agoo checks it automatically and issues the security certificate for you.

Switch over

When the check passes, links in new invites, passes and booking pages use your domain.

White-label (Pro and Enterprise)

White-label removes Agoo's name from the kiosk, so it shows only your brand, and lets emails come from your own email domain.

On Pro and Enterprise you can also ask for a white-label mobile app, published under your name in the App Store and Google Play. It's provided on request, at a price agreed with your organisation (from GH₵25,000 set-up plus GH₵1,500 a month), and is planned for P10. The Owner requests it with Request in Console → Settings → Billing; see Extras on request.
