Timesheets and payroll
Review and approve hours each period, then export them for payroll or sync them with your HR system.
Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.
A timesheet brings together everything Agoo knows about a person's period: clock-ins and outs, shifts, breaks, lateness, overtime and leave. Managers approve it, and payroll gets a clean file instead of a stack of registers.
What's on each plan
| Plan | Timesheets and payroll |
|---|---|
| Free, Starter, Growth | Attendance reports in the console, exportable to CSV |
| Pro | + Payroll export: approved timesheets as CSV or Excel, by site and period |
| Enterprise | + HR and payroll sync with your HR or payroll system |
Approve timesheets
Open Console → Attendance → Timesheets
Choose the period, such as a week or a month, and a site or team. Each row is one person, with worked hours, overtime, lateness, absences and leave.
Fix anything flagged
Missed clock-outs, punches outside the geofence and tamper flags appear at the top. Correct them with a reason. The original punch is kept, and every change is in the audit trail.
Approve
Managers approve their own teams; HR can approve any. Approved timesheets are locked. Changing one afterwards needs HR to reopen it, which is also recorded.
Export for payroll
On Pro and Enterprise, choose Export on approved timesheets and pick CSV or Excel. The export lists each person's regular hours, overtime, absences and leave for the period, with the staff details from Console → People that your payroll team needs to match records.
Exports respect roles: a site admin exports only their own site.
HR and payroll sync
On Enterprise, approved timesheets can flow straight into your HR or payroll system instead of being exported by hand, and new starters and leavers can come from it. We set this up with you during implementation. If you're building it yourself, the developer platform covers the attendance API and webhooks.
Offline punches
Punches made offline sync with their original time. If a device has been offline for a long time, check it has synced before you approve the period; Console → Devices shows each kiosk's last sync.
