Ask Agoo
Ask questions about your visitors, bookings and attendance in plain language and get answers you can check.
Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.
Ask Agoo answers questions about your own data in plain English, so you don't need to build a report or export to a spreadsheet. Type a question in the console and Agoo replies with a short answer, a table or chart, and the records it used.

Open Ask Agoo in the console. Agoo AI must be switched on for your organisation; see Agoo AI.
Type your question
Be as specific as you can about dates and places: "last month at Tema Branch" gets a better answer than "recently".
Check the working
Under every answer, Agoo shows how it got there: the date range, sites and filters it used, and the records counted. If it has misread your question, say so in a follow-up, such as "only meetings, not deliveries".
Use the answer
Compare with another period, change the grouping, export the table, or email it to a colleague who has access to the same data.

Ask Agoo doesn't run free-form database queries. Your question is turned into a request against a fixed, safe set of reports that already enforce your organisation's boundaries and your permissions.
Credits
Each question uses AI credits from your monthly allowance. If your allowance runs out, buy an AI pack in Console → Settings → Billing. See Wallet and credits.
Answers are recorded
Every question and answer is kept in the audit trail, like any other report.
