Group billing

The group pays for the organisations it covers on one monthly invoice, a line for each, from the end of what each has already paid.

Early access· P3For owners

Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.

A group can pay for its organisations' plans on one monthly bill.

Who's on the bill

  • The group offers to pay for an organisation on its Organisations page, and that organisation's Owner accepts in Settings → Group. Either can end it.
  • The lead organisation's Owner can put the lead's own plan on the bill too (Billing → the lead's own plan).
  • Organisations on Starter, Growth and Pro can be on the bill. Enterprise organisations pay under their own agreement, and Free organisations can't join a group.

How the bill works

  • It's an invoice of the lead organisation, in its Billing, with a line for each organisation. It's paid like any invoice: MoMo, card or bank transfer, with VAT, NHIL and GETFund.
  • Each organisation keeps its own plan, and an offer it was approved for (such as the hospitals offer) still applies, as a credit on its line.
  • An organisation moves onto the bill when its current period ends: it isn't charged twice. Its first line runs from then to the group's billing day, so it's shorter and prorated; after that, every organisation is on the same monthly bill.
  • The group is billed monthly at each plan's monthly price, whatever the organisation paid before.
  • The bill is issued 3 days before it's due, and the lead's billing contacts get it by email and SMS.

If the bill isn't paid

The lead is reminded on the due date and 3 days later. If it's still unpaid 7 days after its due date, the group stops paying for the organisations on it: each one's Owner is told, and each is billed for its own plan, with the usual 14 days before anything changes. The group can offer to pay again later.

Changes in the meantime

If an organisation changes plan after the group's bill is made, its part isn't applied: Agoo refunds it or applies it by hand, and the next bill uses the new plan. The other organisations on the bill are unaffected.
